The Accommodation/Guest House has an outdoor parking area, which is available to our guests completely free of charge, at no additional cost.
Low Season (January, February, March, November, and December) — Free cancellation up to 2 days before check-in. Cancellations or no-shows on the arrival date will be charged the full amount (100%) of the reservation.
Mid Season (April, May, and October) — Free cancellation up to 15 days before check-in. Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the arrival date are subject to full payment (100%) of the reservation.
High Season (June, July, August, September, and the Senhor Santo Cristo dos Milagres festivities) — Free cancellation up to 30 days before check-in. Cancellations made 29 days or less prior to the arrival date are subject to full payment (100%) of the reservation.
No-Shows and Cancellations — Cancellations or no-shows on the scheduled day of arrival are subject to the total payment of the stay.

Any monies due to you will be refunded less charges incurred processing your booking and refund.
